The Mayor's 80s Disco, held on Friday 14th August at Ludlow Brewery, raised £600 for two local charities. The event attracted over 80 attendees and featured DJ Toolie playing classic 80s hits, with neon décor and period costumes adding to the atmosphere.
All proceeds from ticket sales will support Working Together Ludlow and St Michael's Hospice. Working Together Ludlow empowers adults with learning disabilities, while St Michael's Hospice delivers specialist end-of-life care across the region.

Mayor of Ludlow Cllr Di Lyle said: "It was a brilliant night — full of music, fun and community spirit. I'm incredibly grateful to everyone who came along and helped raise funds for two charities that make such a meaningful difference to local people. These events not only raise vital funds for local charities but also bring people into Ludlow — residents and visitors alike — supporting local venues, traders and the town's economy".
